Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused and in their original condition. Return packages must be postmarked within that 30-day window. Returns postmarked after 30 days will not be processed.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive, and we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Hygiene
Because this is a personal hygiene product, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used. Items must be unopened or unused to be eligible. This protects every customer who orders from us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email info@wavynails.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace it or refund you at no cost to you — no return shipment needed.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Once shipped, the standard 30-day return terms apply. Email us to cancel.
How to start a return
Email info@wavynails.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm eligibility and send you the return address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or payment method.
Order changes and cancellations
We aim to ship quickly, so we are often unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. If your order has already shipped, it can be returned under the terms above.
Refused or undeliverable packages
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal are subject to shipping charges. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Return abuse
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns where we suspect misuse of this policy, including excessive returns or reseller activity.
